Ice Castles

Yesterday Bryson and I took a little road trip to see the Midway Ice Castles with Grandpa Hink & Granny Goose. The castles were incredible and SO beautiful! Bryson loved them. Bryson has never seen the movie Superman, but after I told him Superman lives in an ice castle he wanted to see it and begged me to let him watch it as soon as we got home (sadly he has to wait until the next time we can check it out at library because we don't have it). These pictures don't do the castles justice....but even so aren't they beautiful!?!? I hear they are even more gorgeous at night.

Afterward we stopped for some wood fired, oven baked pizza at Cafe Galleria. I ordered the Goat Cheese with Roasted Red Pepper Pizza and it was so yummy. Mmmmm....I definitely recommend. :)
