It's a custom key chain (the chain can be cut down to the size she wants) that we ordered from Tickle Me Pink Boutique. We also sent her a birthday card, pictures of Bryson from the last several months, a disc of pictures, sour skittles (from Bryson), and a picture of a bug that Bryson drew for her. We love her so much and hope this will help her always remember that!
