The Final Interrogation!
Today we had our third and final supervisory visit from LDS Family Services. Our case worker came to our new home to make sure it's a safe place for little Bryson to be raised and to ask us the same bazillion questions they've been asking us for the past six months (ie: how are you adjusting? how is Bryson adapting to your new house? is Bryson eating, sleeping and developing well? how has your life been different since adopting? what immunizations has Bryson had? is life as a parent different than what you expected? how have your schedules changed? does Bryson seem happy? how does Bryson deal with stress? have you had any contact with Bryson's birth mother? how do your families feel about Bryson? where do you keep your cleaning supplies? where do you keep your medicine? do you have covers for your outlets? etc, etc, etc!!!) It honestly feels like an interrogation, but we know that it's important, and we'll go through anything to make Bryson apart of our eternal family. Our finalization and sealing is still set for October 16th! We love Bryson so much and can't wait for that day!
