At Mike's birthday dinner at The Pizza FactorySitting across from these two at dinner last night,
I wondered to myself how I ever got lucky enough
to be the wife to one and the mother to the other.
I met both of them for the first time in Ohio.
Both were complete strangers to me.
But now they are my life, my everything!
Out of all of the men I could have married
and out of all the little boys I could have adopted,
somehow I was blessed to end up with these two--
two of the most extraordinary men in the world!
I will never come close to deserving them,
but I am so grateful to have them.
I am a lucky woman.
